Our Story

In 2018, CJ Tech Services Ltd was founded by Corey Firth, a skilled mobile plant technician. His journey into the mechanical trade began in the diverse landscapes of remote mining sites, underground tunnels, civil construction sites, agricultural fields, and the marine industry. Corey's expertise spans a wide range, encompassing everything from trailers and light vehicles to heavy-duty trucks and earthmoving machinery. His motto: "If it has wheels or an engine, we can repair it."

Corey's passion for mechanics took root during his upbringing on a farm in the scenic southwest district of Victoria. He was constantly tinkering with various machines, from trailers and tractors to harvesters and everything in between. Seeking broader exposure and knowledge, he relocated to Melbourne to embark on an apprenticeship, which exposed him to a diverse array of machinery and work environments. This experience ignited his curiosity and desire to learn more.

Driven by this curiosity, Corey ventured into mining operations, both above and below ground. His aspirations grew, and in 2018, he turned his dream of owning his own business into reality. Thus, CJ Tech Services was born in the western suburbs of Melbourne. The company quickly secured contracts with major corporations operating in quarries and civil construction sites throughout Melbourne and its surroundings.

However, Corey's connection to his family, still residing in the southwest of Victoria, eventually drew him back to the countryside. It was there that he established his mobile plant mechanical business, determined to serve the local community and continue his pursuit of mechanical excellence.
